We offer a full livery service with our yard owner living on the property, enabling our clients to visit the yard on their own time and for the sole purpose of enjoying their time with their horses. We stock many different feeding options as well as a comprehensive list of supplements. Our yard manager has a qualification in Equine Nutrition and will happily advise clients to decide on a dietary plan for each individual horse. It is important to us to source only top quality roughage which we buy in bulk and store on the premises to ensure that the nutritional value of the horse’s daily ration stays consistent. We also organise and facilitate services like farrier, dentistry, physiotherapy and veterinary visits.

Stabled Livery

All of our stabled horses are turned out daily in groups of up to 6 horses in large paddocks with grazing. We do not offer individual paddocks, because we believe that social interaction is an integral part of a horse’s psychological welfare.

In/Out Stabled Livery

Our in/out horses spend the night in an individual paddock with an open access wooden stable. During the day they go into shared, irrigated grass paddocks. This is the perfect option for horses that get anxious around feeding time, tend to break stable doors and walls or need continuous movement for improved circulation like in older horses.

The Oaks Live Out

The Oaks is our live out livery yard on the opposite side of the main road with horse friendly access between the two. Horses stay in groups of two to three in electrified paddocks with grazing and shelters. The Oaks has separate parking, a jumping arena, dressage arena and ring. There is a container tackroom with tack up bays and shaded areas with seating. Horses are fed and checked twice a day and blanketed when necessary. This is the option more suited to a happy hacker with beautiful outrides accessible from right outside the paddock gate and lower level competitive or leisure riders. Take advantage of a reduced rate, also suitable for youngsters, retired or resting horses and endurance riders.

The Oaks Dry Paddocks

A big herd of up to 10 horses in a large, non-irrigated paddock with shelter and trees. Horses are fed concentrates in the morning and roughage at night.
